These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") govern the conditions of use for "StayConcie" (hereinafter "Service") provided by 株式会社ラムダシステム (Lambda System, Inc.) (hereinafter "Company"). By using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

The Company provides the Service to customers. The Company may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service without prior notice. However, the Company will endeavor to provide advance notice of material changes.

Account registration is required to use the Service. Customers must comply with the following requirements:

• Register accurate and up-to-date information
• Not disclose account credentials (passwords, etc.) to third parties
• Promptly report any unauthorized use to the Company

Customers shall not engage in any of the following activities:

• Activities that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals
• Activities that infringe on the intellectual property rights or privacy of the Company or third parties
• Unauthorized access or attempted unauthorized access to the Service
• Spam, phishing, or other nuisance activities
• Activities that interfere with the operation of the Service
• Transfer or lending of accounts to third parties

Fees for the Service are as stated on each plan page. Fees are paid in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are automatically renewed and charged on each renewal date. The display currency and price are determined by the country registered at the time of application (Japanese yen for Japan, US dollars for other countries). Payment is made by credit card. If the customer fails to pay, the Company may suspend provision of the Service.

A 7-day free trial is offered only for the first subscription by customers in Japan. If the subscription is not cancelled by the end of the trial period, it automatically converts to the selected plan and the registered payment method is charged.

The AI features of the Service (automated replies, translation, voice input, and text-to-speech) are provided by consuming credits.

• The monthly credits included in each plan are granted every month; unused credits do not carry over to the following month.
• Credits purchased separately expire 180 days after the date of payment.
• Credits are non-refundable.
• The number of credits consumed and the amount granted under each plan are as stated on each plan page.

Intellectual property rights related to the Service (software, design, trademarks, etc.) belong to the Company or their rightful owners. Rights to content created by the customer (such as FAQ data) belong to the customer.

The Company does not warrant the completeness, accuracy, or continuity of the Service. The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the Company.

Customers may terminate the Service at any time. After termination, the Service remains available until the next renewal date (or until the end of the free trial period if a trial is ongoing). Fees already paid are non-refundable. The Company may suspend or delete accounts without prior notice in cases of violation of prohibited activities.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. The Oita District Court shall have exclusive agreed jurisdiction as the court of first instance over any dispute arising in connection with these Terms.
