Do I need to download an app?
No. Scan the QR code and chat directly in your browser. For a smoother experience, native apps are also available on the App Store and Google Play.
What languages are supported?
Japanese, English, Chinese, Korean, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Italian, Russian, Arabic, Hindi, Vietnamese, Thai, and Indonesian — 15 languages.
Is there any cost to me?
It's free for guests. The hotel pays for the service.
Is my data safe?
Chat content is accessible only by you and the hotel — never shared with third parties. Data sent for AI processing is not used for AI training. See our Privacy Policy for details.
What if the AI can't answer?
Questions the AI can't handle are automatically handed off to hotel staff. Their replies are also auto-translated into your language.
Can I use voice input?
Voice input and text-to-speech are available at hotels on the Business plan or higher. Convenient when typing is impractical.
