Getting Started
How long does setup take?
From account creation to QR code placement, it takes as little as 5 minutes. Just follow the guide through room registration, staff invitations, and QR printing.
Can I start without a credit card?
Currently, a credit card is required to start using the service.
Is there a contract commitment?
Monthly plans have no commitment — cancel anytime. Annual plans are billed as a lump sum.
Can I use it for multiple properties?
Currently, one account covers one property. If you have multiple properties, please create a separate account for each.
Features
How many languages are supported?
We support 10+ languages including Japanese, English, Chinese (Simplified & Traditional), Korean, Indonesian, Thai, Vietnamese, Spanish, German, and Russian.
Do guests need to install an app?
No. Guests simply scan the QR code and start chatting in their browser. No account registration is needed.
Where should QR codes be placed?
Common placements include room doors, desks, and TV stands. You can bulk-print QR codes per room as PDF from the dashboard.
What happens when no staff is available?
The AI concierge (Business plan and above) responds automatically 24/7. Questions the AI can't answer trigger a handoff notification to staff.
Billing & Plans
Can I change my plan?
You can upgrade or downgrade anytime from the dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel from the dashboard at any time. After cancellation, the service remains available until the end of the current billing period.
Do you support invoice billing?
Currently, only credit card payments are supported. Please contact us if you need invoice billing.
What are credits (points)?
Credits are consumed when using AI responses, translations, and voice features. Business plans include a monthly AI credit allowance. Additional credits can be purchased if needed.

Where is data stored?
Your data is stored on cloud infrastructure including regions in Japan. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Is guest chat content kept private?
Chat content is tied to your property's account and is not accessible by third parties. Data used for AI processing is not used for model training.

API integration is planned for the Enterprise plan. Please contact us for details.
