These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") govern the conditions of use for "StayConcie" (hereinafter "Service") provided by 株式会社ラムダシステム (Lambda System, Inc.) (hereinafter "Company"). By using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

The Company provides the Service to customers. The Company may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service without prior notice. However, the Company will endeavor to provide advance notice of material changes.

Account registration is required to use the Service. Customers must comply with the following requirements:

• Register accurate and up-to-date information
• Not disclose account credentials (passwords, etc.) to third parties
• Promptly report any unauthorized use to the Company

Customers shall not engage in any of the following activities:

• Activities that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals
• Activities that infringe on the intellectual property rights or privacy of the Company or third parties
• Unauthorized access or attempted unauthorized access to the Service
• Spam, phishing, or other nuisance activities
• Activities that interfere with the operation of the Service
• Transfer or lending of accounts to third parties

Usage fees for the Service are as specified on the respective plan pages. Fees are payable in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payment is processed via credit card. The Company may suspend provision of the Service if a customer fails to make payment.

Intellectual property rights related to the Service (software, design, trademarks, etc.) belong to the Company or their rightful owners. Rights to content created by the customer (such as FAQ data) belong to the customer.

The Company does not warrant the completeness, accuracy, or continuity of the Service. The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the Company.

Customers may terminate the Service at any time. Refunds after termination are subject to the Company's refund policy. The Company may suspend or delete accounts without prior notice in cases of violation of prohibited activities.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the Company's registered address as the court of first instance.
